there are so many real estate offices all along 7th avenue and so many of them do not have a notary public. unlike an era when every real estate company had a person to notarize things. today there are only a few offices and a few stores that have a person who can notarize for you.
that is why is has become with the era of fast food joints, fast delivery services on-line, overnight shipping, and much more-that having a mobile notary public and/or notary signing agent on your Rolodex or speed-dial in making sure you can meet those deadlines when time has raced faster than you can control.
have a couple of notary public on that speed-dial because you never know when you will really truly need one. for it'll be much too late and costly when you find out the hard way. so add Christopher to that list now.

It doesn't matter whether we are aware of it or not but it is mandatory that there is some basic qualities one must need to become an American Notary Public.
