in addition to the regular $2.00 per page per person, there can be an additional charge as well for the traveling mobile Notary. That could include:
1) a certain price per mile to get to you
2) maybe a set fee within certain borders
3) higher price for shorter deadlines
4) expenses to get to you
5) and other whatever that could be
